Re: 2 liters tool kits and jack

Here's the page from the parts catalog showing the contents... If you need pictures, I can load the tool bag and jack - don't have the tools.

Re: 1967 Coupe Dash Removal

Gordon, I'm working from memory since it's been a few years since I pulled the dash from my '67 coupe. But it does take time and you'll need some dexterity to reach fasteners. + the steering wheel has to come off ( but if you can avoid removing the turn signal and headlight switches - leave them alo...

Re: 67 coupe dashboard removal

(1) are you sure it's the gauge and not the sending unit?
(2) do you need to pull the entire dash? or just the top cap?

Re: Front grille gap distance help!!!!

Bob is right, that was my original comment that the grill should sit on the lower panel and be flush with the top tab.... for some reason, you have a gap at the tab...

On mine, the tab is exactly 7 inches directly above the lower panel.. Here's the pictures.

Re: Front grille gap distance help!!!!

Something here is dramatically off.... on my 67 2.0 coupe the center tab is flush with the top of the grille..... and the grille bottom rests on the lower channel...

Re: need help from coupe owners

Be very careful putting the glass back in. You need to start with the metal parts already in the rubber gasket, then use the 'rope method'. Mount the gasket on the glass, then the rope goes on the outside of the gasket ( in the seam). Place the glass in position, then push in the glass, while pullin...

Re: need help from coupe owners

On my 2.0 coupe, the pin is simply rivited to the hinge. There is nothing on the inside of the mount point to hold the pin in place. Then when the torsion bars and the trunk lid are attached - everything stays in place. I suppose that you could replace the pin with a bolt, since there is some space ...

Re: Front Upper Wishbone Bush

It was crude but.... I used a long metal cutting blade on a jig saw, cutting from the inside, and removed a section, the remainder came out easily. Just be careful not to cut into the wishbone...

Re: Bulb Sizes

I just looked at the box of bulbs that I used for the dash - and there doesn't appear to be a number... However - all the dash lights and warning lights are the same bulb. I just took one to the local auto parts store and bought a box. The lighting bulbs ( footwell, rear seat, engive compartment, et...

Re: Door hinge bushes

I was able to get door bushings and pins for my 2.0 coupe from Fiat Plus in the US. The fit was terrific..
