Re: leaking rear differential dino 2.4 coupe

Hello, Well when I posted this I just refitted everything as the shrink collar's which hold the bearings to the stubaxle wherein the seals are fitted weren't availble. But now they seem to be availble at Dinoparts. So I Think I will order some and try to refit it as leaking oil starts to be too much...

Re: Chain tensioner adjustment, turned in to major failure

Hi Stefan, So would it be good to replace those studs as a preventive maintenance to be sure on running cars? Think that can be done quite easy with the engine in situ when adjusting valves or so? Or do you need to take out the camshafts for that? Best Regards, Tom Dan, I was there by coincidence la...

Wanted; fiat Dino 2.4 waterpump Pulley

Hello,

Last weekend I lost my waterpump Pulley from my 2.4 Coupe. Does anybody have one left (with also the shims for adjusting the V belt)?

Best Regards,
Tom van Remmen

Re: Fiat Dino Tacho

Hi Stefan,

Great project! Came across your 123 ignition via a photo at the Alfaclub forum and recognized a Dino engine bay:)

I was curious; how did you fit a 123 as there isn't one specificly for the dino?! Did you make an adapter or so?

Best regards

Re: Fiat Dino Coupe Spider Workshop + parts manual for sale

The workshop manual is available in pdf, the blue technical spec book I just copied from the original and don't have a digital version of it.

Re: Fiat Dino Coupe Spider Workshop + parts manual for sale

The technical specifications are specific for the 2400 but still usefull for the 2000. The Workshop manual is made for the 2000 but also usefull for the 2400. This because the cars are similair and not everything changed. The rear axle for example changed from solid to independent. I have a 2400 but...

Re: Door retainers missing.

The Dino 2400 coupe DOES HAVE door retainers for sure. When they left the factory they had some kind of plastic coating so the door would stop in certain modes. This plastic kind of material was gone at my car and I glued some V-belt wit grooves on it to get it working again. This so it can be stand...

Re: Boot (trunk) release cable

You need to keep in mind that it needs to be a solid inner cable (which bike shops often don't have)

You need to find a shop which makes tailor made handbrakecables/brake hoses/etc cables and they supplied me with one.

Good luck,
