Is the pump under the foot switch, meaning is the pump and switch one unit or is the pump separate? And any knowled...

I will check the regulator and if it is not the cause then will try a test light on the alternator which I found how to test from an electrician. I have no manuals on the car at all which I am desperately looking for..

Just started the dino after a long time in storage and battery was fully charged. Connected the battery and terminal seemed to spark more than it should when being connected as though something was taking a large drain.
