Ciao Massimo, I have disconnected my vacuum booster pump five years ago without any negative impact when driving. The only issue is cold start after a longer standstill period of several weeks: in this case, you have to brake harder because it takes some minutes to build up sufficient vacuum in the ...

Re: Overwhelming Petrol/Exhaust Fumes
My coupe doues not smell inside (not much ;) ): Modern fuel is unfortunately more poisonous than 1970 super, and it is very aggressive towards old ruber and fuel hoses. I replaced all my hose with modern FPM-ECO DIN 73379 material. Final step was to replace the old rubber part for the fuel filler: F...

Re: which Tyres / Tires ?
Michelin XWX is original for Ferrari Dinos, Pirelli CN36 is original for Fiat Dinos.
The Pirelli is the better and the cheaper tire, the Michelin looks cooler, so decision should be clear, depending if you are a driver and prefer originality or if you are a collector and aesthete.

Re: Carb trouble
Hello Damien,
modern fuels have approximately 7-10% less caloric value than Super gasoline from 1970.
As Dinoswede said, try one number larger idle jets - and then increase the main jets slightly.
I must check my current values during the weekend…

Pininfarina Terry Cloth Seat Covers
I was always looking for original Pininfarina seat covers - wonderful in hot summers as owners of late 124 spiders know. Difficult to find pictures of the originals: IMG_6229.png IMG_6230.png IMG_6231.png IMG_6232.png IMG_6233.png IMG_6234.png IMG_6236.jpeg IMG_6237.png IMG_6238.jpeg IMG_6239.jpeg
