Re: Dino restoration on YouTube
The root cause of Alfasud and Ferrari Dino corrosion is clear so far - poor treatment of the "body in white" for different reasons. Another reason is a complex body structure with many stiffeners and supporting layers - in general a positive design feature, as e.g. in Mercedes Pagoda SL or...

Re: Another Dino 2.0 at auction #1144 I think
Last offers were around 87.000, which seems high considering the cost to fix body, powertrain and chassis. Seems that all bidders were aware of the hidden and evident issues.
Auction was prolongated several times, nevertheless reserve was not met.
Bidders knew what they were doing.

Honestly said,
I am a little bit reluctant to pay 400 Euro increasing the profit of an already highly profitable India based company.

Pininfarina terry cloth seat covers for Spider
bTW, 1239 came with a feature I’ve seen neither before nor since: a set of blue fabric and vinyl fitted front sear covers, stamped in several places “ Pininfarina “ they weren’t generic, but tailored for that car. They don’t appear in any accessories lists that I’ve seen. Hello Brian, there is one f...
