I went over there six years ago when we started this forum to discuss, but there was not much interest outside of being in an email group. We would love to have the Yahoo guys over here and offer them a new home, to have all the Fiat Dino lover under one roof as you mentioned, i am just not sure tha...

Not directly, you would need additional electronics to trigger the Dinoplex with a Lumenition optical switch. My recommendation would be to install a new set of points and use the Dinoplex as long as possible/Coil is still working and eventually change to a Bosch/Lumenition setup should the Dinoplex...

The quality of many of the acurrently vailable replacement points set is average or below, i would recommend 1. to install a new known to be good set of points and keep the Dinoplex. 2. You could use a Pertronix Ignitor setup to trigger the Dinoplex but the Pertronix setups i had on the test bench h...

Yes, but assembling the required transformer is expensive and the original AEC103 circuit is quite complex. The AEC101 has about half the components ;) It would be more effective to install an MSD 6 series electronics or the CDI ignition made by Fred Winterburn if you want to install a CDI ignition ...
