Re: Water pump pulley alignment 1967 206 coupe

I would contact dinoparts before doing anything, I always find them most helpful.

Re: Dutch 2.4 Spider

Thanks Stefan, I’ll probably take you up on that offer after I dig it out of the garage. I’ll also send the supplier an email whether they have heard of this problem before. It’s really strange as it happens both with a hot and cold engine.

And yes, I’m using an appropriate ballast resistor!

Re: Dutch 2.4 Spider

Got some minor stuff done over de last few months. The passenger side vent window had been missing half of its hinge since we got the car. Foto 12-07-2020 15 24 07.jpg I bought a 124 Spider vent window thinking it used the same hinge, it's not... So I made a small spacer from some spare sheet metal ...

Yes, that will work fine. The Fispa unit that is on your car were also used on Alfa 105.

Re: Fuel level sender

Dinoparts seems to list it: https://www.dinoparts.com/en/parts-acce ... tank-more/

Furthermore, I would not be surprised it’s a 124 part and could be had cheaper, but I’ve not checked that.

Re: Grub screw removal on water pump Dino coupe 2.0

Yes, that’s the one. I’m far from an expert, but I expect you need a lot of force to distort the threads with a screw in there. Either way, you could start of by going very easy and judge from there.

Do you have or can you borrow an impact screwdriver?

Re: 2.0 replacement starter solenoid

I’ve been compiling my own alternative part number data, but this is not yet on it. Have you gone to you local specialist who rebuilds tons of starters, alternators, etc.? I suspect they may be able to help you if this search does not deliver an alternative part number.
