Re: Fiat Dino Air Vents
Worth to have them working properly. My Father (RIP) had one of the first 2.0 l Coupés to be imported in The Netherlands. I drove that car many times and as mentioned in the old brochures, it had an air conditioning system but without the help of an air compressor! (Terrific stuff and no power taken...

Re: 2000 Coupe colours
Unfortunately the blue of the car that my Father owned is not 490 but 490-89! So if you try to have the original matching colour, your best bet is to dismantle a part of your car where the original colour is still present, and not resprayed! Every good paint shop wil be able to make a perfect match ...

Re: Dino Spider Restoration
Hi John, I am also relatively new to this site. Also became a member of the Club Dino Italia. Well, the way you are attacking your 2.4 l Spyder, that should bring your lovely car in a mint condition. Congrats!\ And thanks for your pictures. i've got a 2.0 l and 2.4 l Coupé. Why? As my Father owned o...

Re: Interior Colours for Fiat Dinos
Hi all, I have a very early 2000 Coupe built in March 1967 (chassis 58). It was originally best described as aquamarine in colour, but is now (unfortunately) red. I'd like to know the original interior colour codes (or alternatives) as the car has some repairs to do on the basket weave vinyl weave ...

Re: Fiat Dino 2400 Coupe - drivetrain vibration
Hey Bijan, Please note that if your drive shaft lay-out from where it leaves the gearbox all the way up to the differential should be as straight as possible, so if the support brackets from the joints, engine brackets and the rear axle are not as it should be, your drive train is not straight enoug...

Re: 2.0 Coupe near completion
The colour very much looks like my 2.4 l Dino. However she will be resprayed in blue 490. (If you like I can take a small part of the car and have it analysed in order to get a perfect matching colour by my local paint specialist for about €200,- for 3 liters.(ex shipping cost) Furthermore I intend t...

Re: 2000 Coupe colours
My Fathers Dino must have been an early example as it was delivered without the Dinoplex ignition, but that was installed FOC several months after delivery. So effectively the colour was blue 490, combined with a maroon skai interior and dark blue carpets. Just back from the UK, where I missed out o...

Re: tool kit and Jack
Hey dino 67, I'd wish that I was already that far with my Dinos that a toolkit would be a thing that I am looking for! (Of course it will be a necessity in future!) I am still doing too little to well advance with restauration and modifications of my 2.0l and 2.4 l Dinos. Priority right now is to ha...
