Try to supply the motor directly from the battery to see if there is a difference. If the wipers still not work, it's not an electrical issue.

Maybe some contact resistance? How's the voltage diectly at the motor?

The location of your air horns seems to be correct. Regarding the other horns, I don't know for sure.

You should keep in mind that a good engine with transmission is hard to find and expensive. A complete car might be cheaper at the end.

Could be worth a try. A 3D model seems to exist already. But the appearance will not be very original. However, it would be a good temporary replacement until finding an original one.

As far as I know, it's only the number of cylinders which they have in common
