Dino 2400 coupe in silver 606 was according to this list possible to order with 2 different intiriors. One is with blue doorcards,blue seats and red carpent. Yes,AC is very rare on the Dino.I have only seen 2 cars and both of them had this system fitted.Very possible this system under was the factory option then !
