Re: Fuel consumption?

Thanks everyone, I also feel above 25 seems a bit high. The performance is definitively worth it, so I'm more than happy enough unless it means there is problems somewhere... I just redid the gas tank, and sealed it! jokes aside, no smell of gas anywhere in the garage. What is Stelvio and MM? Best, ...

Fuel consumption?

Hi everyone! Let me start by saying that my 2.4 Coupé is running fantastic! Thanks to great support from Adrien, I have the advance curve just right, the points are spot on, and the plugs never foul up. The carburettors were totally cleaned and the engine idles smoothly and goes like hell. So, that ...

Re: 1972 Fiat Dino 2400 Coupe, White

Actually, the wheels are original Cromodora. It's just the hubcaps that are not the Fiat ones. Still, the price is incredible with respect to what else is out there! I wonder if it doesn't have to do with the ability and prestige of the auction. How else do you sell an Alfa Montreal for 176000$ ?? D...

Re: red light on dashbobard

Hi Gaetan, I had the same problem with mine. I think the relay is just next to the voltage regulator (on my 2400 Coupe), but the real problem for me turned out to be the regulator: it works by energising a coil that drives an electromagnet. A spring completes the circuit which oscillates at a freque...

Re: changing channel slide window

Hi Dirk, Gary did a fantastic job summing it up, and I can't think of anything he missed despite just having re-installed mine after a respray. I would consider perhaps trying to undo the two bolts holding the metal frame on the bottom, and maybe loosening the two upper ones. Then, the glass will wi...

Re: Fiat Dino 2400 Coupe - drivetrain vibration

Hi, I also have a 2400 coupé, and did not have any trouble with vibrations until the day that I re-mounted the intermediate driveshaft (between the rubber coupler and the UJ) without re-aligning it to the mark I had made on the UJ. That day, I had vibrations from the drive-train at 80 kph, that disa...
