Hi Brian,
Select the "Attachment" tab below the input field and click on "Add files". Select your file to upload it. Once uploaded, the "Place inline" button appears left of "Delete file". Click it to place the file in the input field. If the the "Place inline" button does not appear, your file might be too big.

Here’s my alternative, but of course I could use the other Dino if one doesn’t like the current weather,
