Mirrors

Post by Peter Tabmow »

What side mirrors would FDF members recommend for a 2400 coupe? All suggestions gratefully received...

Since there are no original mirrors, just have a look at the photos of some Coupes and select the one you like most. Chrome is a must and they should be contemporary.

Some are driving with Talbot Mirrors on their front fender around - they are for sure temporary and also for sure, it is a question of personal taste ;)

The problem with the Talbot mirrors is that they require a pretty cool driver. Since Steve Mc Queen has passed away, there are only a few guys left who qualify for them

I have one sidemirror and it is a matt black Vitaloni mirror, also used on some Ferraris.
As the 2400 coupe has some matt black exterior styling parts, I think black mirrors are the best choice.
