And the rear sector of the ASA , but also the windscreen bears a strong resemblance to many of Giugiaro's design.
Perhaps that even people, well respected in the Dino and Ferrari world, have different views but to me Giugiaro is the ultimate master in Italian car design. (Italdesign!)
Just to name a few cars that came of the hand of Giugiaro: the special bodied Ferrari 250 GT SWB, (Fiat) Dino Coupé, De Tomaso Mangusta, Alfa 2600 Sprint, ASA 1000, Maserati Ghibli, ISO Grifo, De Lorean, etc., but there is also a discussion about the Lamborghini Miura, where Marcello Gandini claims to be te designer, although it seems that the initial sketches were made by Giugiaro before he left Bertone! Love to hear your opinions and preferably real proofs!

As most of you know, the ASA was also called the Ferrarina!

There was even a special built Ferrarini for the Old Man himself!

That's certainly not something you see every day. I really like that dark green color. Did you find anything about the history of this particular one, Tobi?
