This is 205 looks like on the spider. Pirelli CN36. I really like the classic look of these tires.

That’s a nice looking car! Is that Cinnamon Red?
BTW my car is not restored or running, parked for 32 yrs. but the tyres are 205 70. 14’s. They look like the old Michelin’s. I don’t see any scuffing on the tyres.

Hello,
FWIW, I have a spider with set of 5-year-old 205/70/14XWX's on the stock wheels , and a set of 3-year-old vredestein tires(same size) on 14" Campy repop wheels. the XWX's make the car drive like a truck, while the vredesteins steer much lighter and livelier, with very good grip, and a good ride. The Pirelli's were not available, but I sure would have probably gone for the CN36's had they been available, they look cool. The vredestein's still might be worth a look for a Dino owner buying tires. I leave them on most of the time and am very happy with them. Thanks for listening!

I just bought a 2.0 Spyder that has been stored for 35 yrs. it has 205.70.14 BFGoodrich tyres on it. The name on the side is Euro. They are 35 yr old tires. But there is no sign of rubbing on the inside.
This same tread pattern ( close to the old Michelin look) is still available in modern compounds. Installed White letters in, they would make a good option.

Just got my "new" 1968 Dino 2000 coupe and want to replace all the tires with 185 70 VR 14. Options are Vredstein Sprint Classic or Pirelli Cinturato CN36. Or other options like Michelin. I'm in the USA. Would like people's opinion who have them on their coupe. And do people notice difference if they have put 205's on their Dino?
Thanks

Thank you Ribolla for this article, which confirms experience feedback from several drivers.
I need to change all 4 tyres on the Coupé 2400 I recently took over, as front is 1999(!) and back 2007.
I was going for Michelin as a no brainer but I changed my mind & will put 5x CN36 for next season.

Thank you Ribolla_67 for the article.
When I bought my car, I replace the tyres with the Vredestein Classic, a good choice for me.
The next time, I think I will use the Pirelli CN36.
