Re: Rebirth of a Dino
Hi Zorglub,
I've been following you thread and build , great job and love the new paint french blue ?
Was looking at the pics of the hood rebuild and was thinking look so much like that of my Fiat 124 Spider !
Anyway keep the pics coming really enjoying the progress.
Cheers
John

Re: Rebirth of a Dino
OK after a rather long hiatus... the car is again getting ready for the fast road.
Re: Rebirth of a Dino
All metal pieces previously yellow passivated now zinc passivated! Yellow only appeared in 1970 I was told ?
Re: Rebirth of a Dino
The suspension has been redone since the first try was not optimal. Also custom shock absorbers were fitted
Re: Rebirth of a Dino
Upgraded the suspension mounts, as the originals appear a bit flimsy (at least the reproductions I initially got)
Re: Rebirth of a Dino
Lastly, I am looking for a pair of Fiamm curved air horns. The original Road Masters in brass (often painted blue). If anyone has a source, please PM me
