Bumpers

Post by robmurray »

I am working with a supplier to get new stainless steel bumpers made for the Dino Coupe to original spec. My car will be the first top be fitted with them.
Let me know if anyone is interested and I will pass on your details.
They are asking if the bumpers on the 2000 are exactly the same as the 2400 - anyone know for sure?
Thanks
Rob

Hi there
In the end I did not because mine were salvageable and I felt uneasy about sending mine to Vietnam for 8 weeks. If there had been more interest here I might have gone for it. I got the dents knock out and then had them polished - they look great. If one of you would like to use yours as template I am happy to post the details on here

From memory the deal was £400 but I had to take them off and send them to Vietnam. The price included the courier charges. It was £550 to have them reshaped and polished by a UK specialist including removal and refitting - for me that was begetter than all of the hassle
