Smart idea! And to avoid to return with an empty trailer, load it with Spanish Stilton

@Fanalone, yes the Saris Bones seems to be the No1 Option.
Does anyone have any experience of using one? My only concern would be possible damage to the Boot lid...

Re: Bike Rack on 2400 Spider
Rob,
I have the solution for you. Have a towbar here that I used on a 2400 spider way back when. You just remove the rear bumper ( 2 bolts) and it uses the bumper brackets for location. Then halford sell a bike rack that goes on the tow ball. There are no electrics on the towbar, but that's fairly easily sorted.
Cheers, brian

Hi Brian,
That does sound like a really good solution.
I suppose the only drawback, is that the Saris Bones, works on most vehicles, and packs down very small and can be stored in the boot of the car.
Their is also the added bonus of not having to scratch my shiny new bumper...
