Voltage Regulator Adjustment

Hi everyone, I recently realized that my 2400's alternator was putting out too high of a voltage. The specifications call for 14.2 +/- 0.3 Volts at 5,000 RPM. I was running as high as 15.7 at times. Mechanical voltage regulators can be adjusted so a little bit of internet searching led me to a website with a shop manual for the Fiat 124 of the 1970's which uses the same type of Magneti Marelli regulator our Dino does.

Three pages of the manual have a very complete explanation of the adjustment procedure. in English, that I am attaching here in case anyone needs it.

I was able to successfully bring the voltage down to the specified range of 13.9-14.5 . I will now monitor it to see if it doe stay in that range or if maybe the regulator is somehow defective and it drifts away from these values with time.
