Hello Herve
I cleaned the horn relay and it's working again. I put in a temporary switch button under the dash within reach to activate the horn if needed. If you can spare a horn ring I really appreciate it. Also what is the procedure to take the steering wheel off? I see there are two small pins inside the big nut. Thank you.

HI David
To remove the steering wheel use a socket wrench.. The small pins you are referring 2 are punch marks so the nut stays in place..
I will look for the ring tomorrow.. replacing it is a bit tricky..you have to make sure it is mounted with rivets and isolated from the steering wheel metal part with plastic washers.. i can explain later.. You also have to make sure you have the metal disc that is part of your hon button and the spring
