Ignition lock switch wiring

Post by Bijan »

Hi!

I have a question regarding the wiring of the ignition lock Switch.

As you can see in the wiring diagram the ignition lock switch (83) is connected
with 2 black cables:

one named "INT"

and

one named "30".

As both are black and also are consolidated into one cable harnes after the ignition lock Switch
it is not clear to me which one goes to the main lights Switch (47)/(84) and which one goes to the
fuse box (Terminal 14).

Can anybody tell me what's correct here? Does it matter at all?

Here is the link to the wiring diagram

Many thanks

Black wire connected to 30 is the +12 V power feed for ignition lock.
Black wire connected to INT is feeding +12 V to the main light switch.

And yes - it matters!!
