Hi Brescia2Rome I fully understand you not wanting to be upside down when your rebuild is done. what I am saying is if you remove the restoration cost it may give the price you want to pay but that is not market value of a car. I agree with most of what you say, especially you having to make calm, cool and collected decisions when considering a project to undertake and not wanting to overpay. From my experience I think you are more likely to find realistically priced cars at auctions, otherwise in other sales formats too many sellers are out of touch.
