A very pretty 2400 Spider is going under the hammer at RM Sotherby's in October. No reserve so it should be an interesting result in interesting times (if the auction goes ahead - it has been bumped once). It is part of an extraordinary collection put together by bankrupt businessman Najeeb Khan who - whatever his business practices may or may not have been - had outstanding taste in cars. It includes two FIAT 8Vs just for starters! Nice to see a humble FIAT Dino rubbing shoulders with such exalted company.

Re: 2400 Spider @ RM Sotherby's: no reserve
Should definitely be interesting. It's an early 2.4 car based on serial number. I will be curious to see if the current corona virus pandemic has a negative (or positive??) effect on the sale. I've actually had some luck selling a few items during our stay at home quarantine... some might say because people suddenly have time on their hands and we all know what that means!
