Fiat Dino Coupe 2000 For Sale

I am reluctantly selling my beautiful Dino. It is in Silverstone grey. It has what is believed to be a genuine 57000km on the clock. The car has never had any real rust and I took much of the lower sections back to bare metal to check. Engine was rebuilt about 10000km ago and runs perfectly. Gearbox and propshaft rebuilt last year. Underneath components are all powder coated after major mechanical build. Interior is very good with any weak pieces replaced 3 years ago. The car has many hard to get original parts. Virtually new XWX 205/70 tyres on correct wheels.
This Dino is about as sorted as you will get.
Im looking for high £50s.
The car is in Cookham, Berkshire

Looks really stunning. And definetely, if you compare with the price for a full restoration... a fair price... just do not have the money :D .

I'm sending the car to Auction - if anyone can get to £50k they can have it and I will have had the engine bay detailed by then...
I would rather that one of you guys has it.
Cheers
Rob

You need to have patience... there will be one person looking exactly for this high quality car... if I would not have one bought 2 years back... I would have been a candidate... but now I am bringing my own into the same condition... and to support your price idea... I can assure that this is more costly than what you are asking for plus the fun of driving immediately.

Guys
Just to update you - my beloved Dino is going to auction at Historics Brooklands on September 23rd. I have to sell due to illness.
Over the last couple of years several people who have seen the car have asked to buy it and, not knowing what was round the corner, I said no. If any of you are on here, I would much rather that the car goes to someone who will appreciate it's quality and use it. To beat this car you would have to do a total nut and bolt restoration.
I have had the engine bay detailed by Julian Treviss Smyth - what a genius. Photo attached.
Maybe see you on the 23rd...
Cheers
Rob

Sorry to hear of your illness, Rob. I wish you a full and speedy recovery first, and GLWS second...

Hi Rob,
I'd also like to offer my best wishes, both in your health and the sale of your coupe. I have recently fought a nasty illness and can empathise with your situation. I have also decided to reduce the car collection, but I'm starting with a Sunbeam Tiger that I've owned for 29 years. It goes to Brightwells in Herefordshire for their 27th September auction. I'm also advertising my 2400 coupe via this Forum. After that one of the 2400 spiders will probably have to go. We'll see on that one!
There is another 2000 coupe at the same sale as yours, so I hope that helps yours along to a price that you find acceptable. As with other respondents I'd love your car, but the time isn't right for me at present.
Anyway, just wanted to say best of luck in everything going forward,
Cheers,
Brian Boxall bs1317/1470

^Bump!^

Does anyone know where this car is now? If it is for sale I may have a buyer for it. A long shot I know!

Thanks Foggy. My friend went for a modern performance car in the end, so the search for a Dino coupe is over. Thanks for following up though.
