Pedal box rebuild

Bom dia a todos,
I’m rebuilding the pedal box on my 2.0 Spider. I can’t find the pics I took when I
Pulled it apart 6 months ago.
A couple of questions
1. On the clutch pedal does the spring hook go above or below the bushing and pin?
2. There are 3 “ thru bulkhead couplings that go thru the box, when removed there were rubber bushing or rings. They don’t appear original. On the inside of the pedal box I can see the marks of the serrated washer on the nut and the metal. This would imply that the rubber went on the engine side of the box. But the rubber is too big to go under the head of the coupling. The parts manual has no details at all of these three couplers.
