There are two different types of Cromodoras CD1 for Fiat Dino. The earlier do not have any hump, whereas the later rims do have a hump on the outer side of the rim. I have seen somewhere that those are named H1, which may stand for one hump. This hump should prevent that the tire jumps off the rim.
I am driving 4 cars with CD1 H1 later series, all tubeless. Never experienced any trouble because there is no tube mounted.
In addition, mounting a tube makes it much more difficult to balance the tire.
Following foto #1 rim with hump and #2 without hump.

Just my humble opinion—
Any specific issues with the XWX (balance, concentricity, delamination, etc.)? They’re pricey, but so is everything now.
I’ve long liked Pirelli CN36, P7, and P6 for their predictable handling and easy balancing. For my Dino I chose XWXs mainly for the period look, and a fresh set completely transformed the car. The old tires squeaked in gentle turns, wandered on smooth freeways, and felt unstable—I’d blamed the suspension, but it was simply aged rubber.
The new XWXs are smooth, quiet, stable, and precise at speed. I can’t speak to wet grip since the car only sees dry weather, but the dry-road improvement is remarkable. My only gripe is the same as with any tire: they eventually age out.

I love the XWX, they look perfect. However, the CN36 don't look bas as well. They might even be a bit better on the road.

Michelin XWX is original for Ferrari Dinos, Pirelli CN36 is original for Fiat Dinos.
The Pirelli is the better and the cheaper tire, the Michelin looks cooler, so decision should be clear, depending if you are a driver and prefer originality or if you are a collector and aesthete.

I do not know bout cheaper as the Pirellis are also very expensive... but yes... they are the better ones.
