There are two different types of Cromodoras CD1 for Fiat Dino. The earlier do not have any hump, whereas the later rims do have a hump on the outer side of the rim. I have seen somewhere that those are named H1, which may stand for one hump. This hump should prevent that the tire jumps off the rim.
I am driving 4 cars with CD1 H1 later series, all tubeless. Never experienced any trouble because there is no tube mounted.
In addition, mounting a tube makes it much more difficult to balance the tire.
