The overall dimension of the tire width and height is the same as stock. Only the wheel is larger... and MUCH heavier.
I went with the larger wheel because it opens up a lot more options for tires. Having new rubber makes a world of difference. The car drives great on highways and on long sweeping turns. It’s in the city where you notice the difference.
I like the feel of the 16s but will have to get lighter wheels.
I agree with you in the suspension. I’m looking to upgrade it. I’m looking for a more “sportier” ride.
Does anyone make stiffer springs for these cars? I have new shocks already.

vredestein makes a sprint classic.185 HR14 90H for $150 at the tire rack.. works just perfectly..
