HI, I have just picked up my new money pit! A 1968 2000 #1744
No doubt I will be on here a bit asking many questions...and to kick off, where can i get a digital copy of a owners manual? I want to know what the amber lights mean on the switch panel and speedo?

It's not the User's Manual, but the Service Manual. However, it should also answer your questions. There are also a wiring diagram and a repair manual in this section (viewforum.php?f=19).
