Bolt for the Trunk Release Lever

I'm replacing the trunk (boot) release cable in a 2000 Coupe. Where the cable attaches to the release lever in the door jamb, the P.O. simply wrapped the cable core around the bolt;
I'm thinking that the bolt should have a hole in it (like other Bertone cars) through which the cable core passes and is clamped.
The usually suspects have the cable, but not the bolt.
