Spare parts FIAT DINO COUPE 2400 CC 1971

Hello and thank you for welcoming me on your forum,
I bought a 1971 FIAT DINO COUPE 2400 CC.
I am looking for parts (choke control, choke cable, hand throttle control ...) which are no longer made new.
Could someone be where I can find these parts.
I am also looking for pictures of the assembly of the gas hatch and its spring because it is disassembled and I do not see how to reassemble it.
