Looking for a German Fiat ID tag

My car (Spider 0599) is originally from Germany. It had a specific German Fiat ID in addition to the Italian one. Unfortunately it’s lost but I have its picture (below). Does anyone know where I can find a replica? The ones I find online seem to have fewer items and are shorter. I guess the best place to ask is the German forum…alas I dont speak German. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks ThomasK (and Tobi). The short “ Typenschild” is readily available from several vendors (5 or 6 fields). The one I am looking for is the long 10 fields.
Perhaps it was made only for the Dino…in which case it will be unobtainium !

Thanks for the link. I have reached out to them but need the exact dimensions. I believe the width is 70mm but I do not know the length. If anyone has a German car, could you please make a quick measurement ?
