Do you have plastic caps on your Dinos like mine? Or it’s a ‘80s upgrade?

Valve caps are part of the valves that are regularly replaced.

Sorry I didn’t explain myself properly. I know that caps are part of a deeper valve thing that can be metallic or plastic but the question is: did your Dino originally come with the metallic set or the plastic one like mine?

I don't know what was usual at that time. Would be interesting to know if they have been delivered with tubes or tubeless.
