I am referring to the three small lights at the bottom of the RPM gauge, the left one is red (indicator battery charge), the middle is green and the right one is blue. The green light blinks when I start the car and can stay blinking. What does this mean?
Should the blue light be on when the hand brake is raised or when the brake pedal is pressed?
Trying to sort the car using an owners manual in French - which I don't speak.

According to the user manual, I have only an Italian one, it’s:
Left: battery charging
middle: choke/cold start device
Right: handbrake.
The handbrake is blinking when engaged.
Colors from left to right:
Red, Yellow, Red
