Replacement Dino Wiper Motor Wiring

Hello,
Just curious:
Anybody buy one of the commonly offered replacement wiper motors? These offer 2 speeds + a switch setup presumably for parking,and are not a direct electrical replacement. It seems some wiring mod's are necessary, and I'm wondering if anyone has the circuit sorted.
