Protective Pan Under Radiator

I own a 1967 Fiat Dino Spider 2000 Series 1. I understand that these cars coming out of the factory had a protective metal pan under the radiator. My car does not. I would like to know the official name of this part so that I may conduct an online search for it. And if you happen to know a source and could share it I would also like that information. In short I would like to know the official name of this part, and source(s) if any. Thank you.

I have two Fiat Dino Spider 2000 Series 1 (1967), and neither of them has a protective metal pan under the radiator (engine coolant).
The radiator sits on a cross member... and there's nothing under the cross member.
In front of it is a body panel.
Attached are two photos...
and also on the exploded drawings with the components or spare parts there is no protective metal tray under the radiator

I concur with Agnatus,
My Spider is #00665. It mounts on the cross member.
My car is stripped ready to go to paint stripping. I just did a quick check below the cross member. There are no additional holes anywhere that as plate could be mounted.
Is it possible who ever told you is confusing the car with a Ferrari Dino.?

Thank you both for clarifying. The person who told me probably assumed the panel was for the radiator. I will show him the photos. Very impressive condition. I am just now posting a new topic on door hinges. I am guessing, from the condition of your car that you may guide me again in the right direction.
