history of car.

I wonder if any one has a suggestion. I bought a dino spider 2litre in England . Unfortunately due to circumstances I had no option but to buy the vehicle with no information. I was in the process of moving to Spain. The dealer who is well reputed had no info or help. The car is a 1967 obviously I have all documentation but as it was a direct import from Italy. All history was obliterated once it was registered in England. I would dearly like more info especially as regard the owner who in 2008 purchased the vehicle. He was a enthusiast and specialist who carried out a sympathetic restoration. Apparently These were the words of the dealer. Unfortunately this does not help me .So if any one has a suggestion I would be most appreciative.
