fiat dino 2400 rear brake pads

Has anyone sourced rear brake pads in the us for the dino 2400. Superformance and dino parts do supply them , but a a very high cost, so i was wondering if anyone had any luck finding a generic set in the us that works for the 2400 dino.
I did buy the less expensive sets that superformace sales, but they are too thick.
I have an old set on my car that reads LG123RF..but that reference does not come up anywhere..\
