Dino coupe air conditioner location

A rare option on the late 2400 Coupe was a Borletti air conditioner. While I have been unable to determine how many vehicles were so equipped, I did find one I imported from Turin recently. Attached are pictures of how the fan unit replaced the glove box in the passenger dash.
Under the bonnet, the reciprocating compressor used R-12 and was located opposite the alternator on the left (facing forward) side of the engine block. Considering the fairly large greenhouse, the a/c unit is only moderately effective on very hot days.
