Looking for a Dino Spider

Hi All,
I'm new to this forum but hoping to find a Dino Spider.
Although I'm based in the UK I'm willing to travel across Europe for my dream car.
Would consider a project if the price was right.

Welcome to the forum Richard.
I've been keeping an eye on Dino Spider ads for a few years now. 2-3 years ago rough drivers and project cars seemed to come up fairly regularly, but I think the apparent rise in values (measured by asking prices only!) has smoked a lot of cars out and people are putting money into them instead. Most cars are in Europe and one of the best websites is Autoscout which is presently listing half a dozen spiders. The Dino register lists around 70 spiders in the UK (where are they all?) but they rarely come up for sale. There's a nice one
here for lots of money! I located mine in Spain. You probably already know Mark Devaney of 24 Hundred garage - he is generally considered to be the Dino guru in the UK and may be able to help with your search.

Thanks all for the advice.
Having enquired about a few cars and spoken to dealers they seem quite prepared to drop their advertised price quickly. However, not to the level I could afford just yet!
Will keep looking for a decent project car.

@Iceblue: why do you want to sell? I might be interested... can you reach out to me under "g.rohde at striped-giraffe.com".

This is one of the best around. Do you really want to part with where you put your heart and soul into?

So true.
Thanks Tobi
I completely agree with you. 1492 has to be one of the best out there.
