Fiat Dino Forum (FDF)

Hi Guys
I have seen a couple of cars with these on the air intakes but the majority seem to have them removed...

Have they been lost over the years, are they useless and taken off?

What do they actually do????

It's the 'choke' for early dino 2000 with the early DCN carburetors. The later dino's had real chokes on the carburetors and these item's were not necessary anymore. So the cars with these air boxes have the early carburetors and the cars without the later style carburetors.
