Engine compartment lights - 2000 Coupe

My engine compartment lights do not work.
The wiring diagram seems to indicate that they are on a switch but I cant find one. Are they and, if so, where are they?

My coupe has a button switch ( hood activated) on the right side near the Dinoplex...

thats right...and: they only work when your headlights are on..that often leads to confusion.
If your Switch is missing, they are Fiat parts and available new.
