Proper Painting of the Door Hinge Areas.
I have a 1967 Dino Spider, Series 1. I want to return the appearance of the door hinge areas as close to original as possible. Attached are 2 photos of the upper and lower hinge areas on the passenger door. You can see that I have my work cut out for me. If any of you have a Spider in original condi...

Dear Fanalone,
Great answer, and I'm sure technically correct. And very helpful.

Re: Protective Pan Under Radiator
Thank you both for clarifying. The person who told me probably assumed the panel was for the radiator. I will show him the photos. Very impressive condition. I am just now posting a new topic on door hinges. I am guessing, from the condition of your car that you may guide me again in the right direc...

Protective Pan Under Radiator
I own a 1967 Fiat Dino Spider 2000 Series 1. I understand that these cars coming out of the factory had a protective metal pan under the radiator. My car does not. I would like to know the official name of this part so that I may conduct an online search for it. And if you happen to know a source an...

Weather Stripping Windshield Post Fittings
I have a 1967 2.0 Fiat Dino Spider Series 1. I have installed new weather stripping for the doors. For a finished look, I am also capping off the ends with special fittings. For the front upper end (windshield post) the proper installation has me baffled. Attached are 2 photos of the driver's side s...

Thank you Michael (Gaelicguy). Auto D'Epoca was an excellent suggestion.

Re: Looking for a Door Light
Yes, Georg, I would be interested in buying a set of your door lights. You could also email the photos to me at spider2.0.1967@gmail.com (or post them, your choice). And include the price and shipping please. Thanks so much. Lowell M. Dicke

Looking for a Door Light
I have a 1967 2.0 litre spider. I am looking, without success to replace the door lights indicated in the attached photo. I could make do with the existing lights if necessary but I do need new gaskets. Any advice on where to look? The usual sources do not carry this item.
Thank you,

Re: Rear Shock Absorber Covers
I have Koni shocks. Perhaps that is why the forward and rear covers are different sizes.

Rear Shock Absorber Covers
Shock Absorber Covers.jpeg I have a 1967 Dino Spider. There are 4 shock absorbers on the rear axle. The tops of these 4 shock absorbers protrude into the trunk and are covered by black plastic covers. The covers on the forward 2 shock absorbers are larger in diameter and longer in vertical dimensio...
