Hi guys,
I want to remove the "Fiat Dino" badge on the front wing of the 2400 spider, and can't see how to get to the retaining nuts. I can see a small circular inspection cover in the wheel arch, but I don't think I can get to the back of the badge from there. Can anyone help please?
Thanks, Brian Boxall BS1319

Hey Bryan
The easiest way will be that you remove the tyre.
The round access holes is only to replace the bulb.
Then remove the arch shield cover completely. The cover is held by two bolts at the top of the triangular shape shield. The shield is also friction fited with a rubber gasket along the exterior fender.
The shield also hold the air vent hose in place.
Once you have the shield off, you will need 5MM.
Get a good flashlight just in case you drop the nut.
Get a good vacuum to suck up all the years of rock and sand build that have collected over the years.

Thanks for the instructions. I managed to remove the badges from both sides. Car being prepared for respray. Took 8 hours to remove all exterior trim plus screen and soft top and interior (to repair worn damaged upholstery). Will probably take 3 weeks to put back together!
