Dino Spyder 2000 Steering Wheel Trim

Post by 2dinos »

Anybody know what goes in the front groove / channel of the early Dino Spyder steering wheel? Material? X-section (round or square or ??)

I'm guessing it's a rubber round X-section like O-Ring material, OR perhaps a stainless steel ring? depending on the photo, looks to be either shiny metallic, or perhaps black rubber.

Many thanks!

It’s a piece of very strong plastic about 3 mm square. It holds the leather in place.
I have a piece I’ll post a pic later today.
Where are you located, I can send it to you for postage.
