rear differential oil question

For those of us in the us that cannot get Tutelar oil recommended by the manufacturer . What is a good substitute non ep oil for Teutela W90/M-DA 80w-90 recommended also by superformance??
What is the best oil here in the us?

By the way, is there anything that prevents an import of this oil to the US?

Apparently it is not possible to ship oiler delivery in the us...
