Cooling system / thermostat disassembly

Hi all,

quick question: does anyone know if I can
take off part 4206603 in the attached drawing without removing the carburettor?

It looks like it could be possible, but its definitely really tight and I dont wanna do it if I have to remove the carburettor.

late answer to your question..

it's not necessary to remove the carburettor to remove the part 4206603..
as you can see in the picture, the 3 screw nuts are freely accessible
